During the occupation of his hometown, Oleksandr Horokhovsky, a forestry worker from Chernihiv, was seriously injured and lost his lower limb.

Thanks to the efforts of the Life Saving Center, an agreement was reached with the AUVA clinic in Vienna to provide Oleksandr with prosthetics and rehabilitation, and we brought him there.

Unfortunately, the primary prosthesis turned out to be very uncomfortable. Oleksandr also received a secondary prosthesis thanks to our foundation at the IDA clinic in Tallinn. Now Oleksandr is back to his favorite job.
