Evacuated another 38 people from Chernihiv

On the morning of March 23, 2022, a message came – the only road bridge through which cars could get to Chernihiv had been blown up by Russian invaders. This means that neither humanitarian aid nor buses to evacuate people to the city can no longer pass.

On the morning of that day, the only way out of Chernigov was a footbridge. It was through it that people left the city all day today. They walked with things right across the open field.

We managed to evacuate about 100 people from the pedestrian bridge to Chernihiv and take them to Kulikovka. Some of them, about 20 people – women and children, were taken by our drivers to the Kiev region to our good missionary friends.

In the evening, information came that the pedestrian bridge had also been blown up. From now on, evacuation from Chernigov can only take place along the river.
